Ghana Community Concerns Group South Africa Hosts
Documentation Forum in Kuruman
On 9th November 2025, the Ghana Community Concerns Group
South Africa (GCCG SA) held an informative open forum in Kuruman, aimed at
educating Ghanaians on the importance of proper documentation in South Africa.
The event provided attendees with practical guidance on
obtaining and maintaining legal documentation, emphasizing compliance with
South African immigration laws. Representatives from GCCG SA highlighted the
risks of remaining undocumented and offered step-by-step advice on how to
regularize one’s status to avoid legal complications.
Community members engaged actively, asking questions
about visas, asylum, and other essential documentation processes. The forum
reinforced the organization’s commitment to supporting Ghanaians in navigating
the legal requirements of living and working in South Africa safely and
legally.
GCCG SA continues to advocate for the welfare of Ghanaians abroad, ensuring they have the information and resources necessary to live with security and dignity.
